	day 1 monday welcome on arrival at the beginning of the afternoon, departure to coustellet to visit the lavender museum where we will learn the secrets of lavender cultivation with a stroll through the flowering lavender fields. in the end of the afternoon, we will go to our hotel to settle in, to dinner and sleep.

day 2 tuesday after breakfast, we will be on our way to apt. there, we will visit a candied fruit company. then, we will go to the faïence museum in the old apt before ending the morning by an encounter with a rare master faïence grower. after lunch, we will join roussillon, ranked among the most beautiful villages in france to stroll on the ochre’s path and to visit the matthieu-okkra factory. here, we will dip into the secrets of dyes and pigments with a walking tour of the ochre conservatoire. later, we will return to our hotel for the night.

	day 3 wednesday the whole day will be devoted to the discovery of the landscapes of Sault and the ventoux mountains. take part to the work of the lavenders growers and learn gardening, herb arts and even make our own perfume. before lunch, look and walk in the lovely and typical provençal market (since 1535, on wednesday in sault). after these activities, we will discover all the secrets of genuine nougat making. in the evening, back to our hotel, an historian will guide us into a full understanding of the famous recipe of medieval lavender wine. dinner and relax for the night. end of our services.
