the morning, visit of the city of nice and
its main monuments to discover the hidden charms of the city, rich in
architectural beauties and history – baroque
churches, rococo and XIXth century mansions houses…, walk along the
sea side on the very famous “promenade des anglais”.

after lunch, road to monaco
where we visit the oceanographic museum, stop in the botanic garden to
admire the point of view. on the way back to
your hotel, stop in the botanic garden of Eze. dinner

grasse - saint paul de vence - antibes
after
breakfast, departure to grasse, the
perfume town to visit the
perfume factory and its museum and

and visit of « la fondation maeght ».
in the afternoon, visit of the
greek city of antibes,

the morning, road to menton, “the lemon town”,

biot - vallauris - cannes
on
the morning, departure to the small village of biot,
to dip into the mystery of the glass
fabrication, visit of the manufactory and the fernand
léger museum “the cathedral of contemporary

to vallauris, well known for its pottery,
visit of a factory and the museum. at the
end of the afternoon, we will leave the riviera
for the provence, settle in your hotel in
avignon, dinner and night. |

avignon - orange - châteauneuf-du-pape

will spend all the day visiting avignon and
the comtat venaissin.
visit of the heart of the city and, of

gordes sénanque roussillon sorgues
in the morning, we will visit "perched
village" of gordes. we
will join the bories village, in the heart
of the mediterranean forest full of oaks and
scrubs, before ending the morning, enjoying a pure moment of silence
in the cloister of the cistercian
abbey of sénanque.
free lunch in one of the cosy villages of
the lubéron’s mountain. after
lunch, we will join the village of roussillon,
one of “the most beautiful villages of France”, located in a nest of
ochre and visit the matthieu-okkra factory,
to discover the mysteries about the making and the use of these
pigments, famous all around the world. diner

arles - camargue
on
the morning, departure to arles, the “
small roma of the
gaules” and visit of its main monuments :
roman amphitheatre, antic
theatre, cryptoportiques,
the cathedral of saint-trophime,
a masterpiece from the romanesque

arles. after
lunch, we will cross the river to the village of les
saintes maries de
la mer, where we will stroll in the small
old streets. then, we will go to the museum
of la camargue at
le pont de
rousty and we will run along “the discovery
path”. if the weather is fine, we will go
for a sail on the rhône river
and meet the flora and fauna from camargue. |

alpilles, visit of the beautiful village of
les baux de provence
and its medieval castle, then passing by the val
d’enfer which inspirited

we will arrive in the city of saint
rémy de provence.

gogh”, to discover some of the places where
he painted his most famous paintings, and saint

la sainte baume
in
the morning, city-tour in one of the main city of provence,
aix en provence –
aquae sextiae (the
spring of sextius). walk
from the gothic cathedral saint
sauveur to the cours
mirabeau (main
street) passing by the atelier
of cézanne, the XVIIIth century quarter,
"quartier mazarin" to "musée
granet". then, we
will leave aix en provence
to saint maximin -
la sainte
baume, passing by the charming roads of
la sainte
victoire, the mountain, beloved by the great
cézanne. lunch in
saint maximin -
la sainte
baume before visiting the magnificent gothic
basilica of sainte marie
madeleine (where the scull of the saint is
preserved) and the royal
convent. free shopping time in the
provençal city.
